Sulgrave Manor Wedding - Emma & Mark

Emma and Mark have chose Sulgrave Manor for their wedding day. A beautiful old Tudor and Georgian house set in gorgeous gardens near Banbury in Oxfordshire - perfect for a wedding!

First stop today was Whately Hall Hotel in Banbury where Emma and her bridesmaids were getting ready. The room was the picture of calm which allowed Sally Crouch (hair & makeup) to work with ease, making the bride look stunning. Once they were all ready it was off to Sulgrave Manor for the main event!

After a brief rain shower (and some very fast footwork from the bridal party) we arrived at the ceremony hall, subtly decorated with flowers. Following the ceremony guests were invited into the gardens and marquee for cocktails. The hall for the wedding breakfast was beautifully decorated following the vintage theme of the day with flowers and bouquets, plus the gorgeous wedding cake by The Looby Lu Cake Company.

The gardens provided more than enough places to get some great shots of the bride and groom and all of their family and friends. Luckily, the earlier rain showers didn't return and the light was ideal!

After the wedding breakfast it was time to party the night away. Guests were even treated to a salsa routine from the bride herself and her instructor, after which he gave all of the guests a salsa lesson too!

Later in the evening it was BBQ time for everyone as the Burger Bar opened in the courtyard. A great way to end a fantastic day!
